1. Bookings and Payments

• All bookings must be confirmed by email, WhatsApp, or via a third-party booking platform form.

• Payments may be required in advance to secure your reservation.

• Bookings are only valid upon confirmation from our team.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

• You may cancel up to 48 hours before the tour for a full refund.

• Cancellations within 48 hours of departure are non-refundable.

• City Lake reserves the right to cancel or reschedule tours due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or technical issues — in such cases, we will offer a full refund or reschedule option.

3. Weather & Safety

• All tours are subject to weather and sea conditions.

• The skipper always has final authority regarding safety and navigation decisions.

• Life jackets and safety equipment are provided and must be used when required by the crew members.

 

4. Health & Accessibility

• Tours are not suitable for:

  • Pregnant women

  • Adults with back or mobility issues

  • Children under 6 years old

• All participants must be in good physical condition and able to follow safety instructions.

 

5. Liability

• City Lake is not responsible for:

  • Personal items lost or damaged during the tour

  • Delays caused by external factors (traffic, port restrictions, etc.)

• Participants must comply with all crew instructions and safety guidelines. Failure to do so may result in removal from the tour without refund.

 

6. Use of Personal Data

• By using our services, you agree to our Privacy and Cookie Policies.

• Personal data is collected only for purposes of contact, bookings, and customer service, in compliance with GDPR.
